Project Deck: Production Slides

From the beginning of a project, the Production team should be building production slides in the Project Deck, outlining any and all production-specific elements ranging from permitting considerations to catering rentals.

The Production Addendum outlines different categories that should be included whenever applicable, along with slide templates. Notes on category slides detail when different elements should be incorporated.

When in doubt, err on the side of oversharing. The more transparency with internal teams and clients, the more likely you'll be set up for success onsite with a fully aligned team.

Operational Project Deck

Three weeks out from load-in (if not sooner), the Project Deck should be reorganized to serve as an operational manual for the activation. This is not a new deck — it is the Project Deck rearranged to serve the team operationally.

Organization led by Account and Production, with Creative Strategy & Creative support.
