Invisible North — Notion Project Template
This is the master Notion project template used to spin up new projects at Invisible North. It provides a standardized structure for project documentation, task tracking, and team coordination.
Template Structure
Each new project in Notion should be created from this template. It includes the following sections:
Project Header
Fill in the project details at the top of the page:
- Client: Client name
- Campaign: Campaign or project name
- Markets: Cities/markets involved
- Project Dates: Pre-Pro / Live / Wrap dates
- Status: Current project phase (Kickoff, Pre-Pro, Live, Wrap)
- Budget Total: Total project budget

- Key Documents: Central hub for all project documents with status tracking (Document Name, Link, Owner, Status, Type)
- Task Tracker: Kanban-style task management for the project team
- Meeting Notes: Database for all meeting notes and action items
- Decision Log: Record of all key project decisions
- Risk & Issue Tracker: Log of identified risks and active issues
- Vendor Directory: Contact info and status for all project vendors
- Contact Sheet: Full contact directory for the project
